We fabricate electrical drying oven which has a triple wall construction. The inner chambers are fabricated using stainless steel and has a powder coated finish of mild steel. The temperature inside the oven is controlled by a digital temperature controller cum indicator.

We have an option to fit the electrical drying oven with a software based microprocessor programmable PID controller with time proportionate, data logger & cyclic timer. Our electrical drying oven is highly reliable and easy to use.

We manufacture autoclaves which have a double walled fabrication using stainless steel of grade 304. We use argon welding to ensure strong construction which also includes chamber & jacket of 18 SWG. Our autoclave unit comes with a safety valve, pressure release valve, water level indicator, cord and plug. The whole process is administered by a microprocessor based temperature controller.

Double walled highly insulated inner chamber made of stainless steel (304 grade), outside made of m. S. Duly painted complete temp. Range 5°c to 50°c under normal conditions & 15°c-50°c , accuracy ± 1°c when lights from both sides and top are on. Humidity range 55% to 90% ± 5% supplied with 0-24 hours timer.

Temperature and humidity is controlled by electronic digital temperature and humidity indicator cum controller. Refrigeration is done by cfc free compressor and heating is done by s. S. Tubular heater.

The instrument is unique in design and measures the diameter of the inhibited zone to 0.1 mm within the range of 0 to 35 mm. Light from a source in the base passes up through the transparent and semi transparent portion of the agar.-agar, then to a reflecting mirror supported by an arm above the unit. We manufacture Stability chamber  which are fabricated in a double decker type construction. The body is made of mild steel with epoxy powder coat finish. The incubator can go up to temperatures of 5 deg to 60 deg C and RH 40 to 95% RH  and provided with heat resistant door handles.  The total heating and temperature control is microprocessor based.
